Please complete and submit the following regular admit application by: Friday, September 15, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Once submitted, changes cannot be made to your application. Please review your answers thoroughly. If you are accepted to the STARS I Academic Year Program, you agree that you are committing to attend the Retreat tentatively scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
